Cold email is a 90-day minimum engagement. The upfront fee covers the full build, the infrastructure setup, the campaign management, and the first 90 days of active outreach. After that, we move to a revenue share model based on clients you actually sign.

Most lead generation agencies charge a flat monthly retainer and measure success by booked meetings. We tie our ongoing income to clients acquired — the only outcome that matters. Meetings are cheap. Signed clients are the goal.

What Is Included

The starting price covers the complete system build: offer strategy and positioning, lead magnet development, automated prospect research and list building, personalised email sequences, multi-step follow-up, full deliverability infrastructure and domain configuration, CRM integration, direct Slack access throughout, and a 30-day post-launch review.

The offer strategy piece is where we help you identify what will actually convert your target market — the positioning, the lead magnet, and the guarantee that makes saying yes easy. This is the part most agencies skip. The final price depends on the complexity of your target market, the number of sequences required, and your existing tools.

Who This Is For

To take on a cold email engagement, the minimum ticket price or lifetime value of your product or service needs to be greater than £5,000. You also need an addressable market of at least 10,000 prospects and the capacity to handle the meetings we generate.

There are no day rates and no hourly billing. You get a written proposal with a clear scope, a fixed cost, and a delivery timeline. Most bespoke builds fall somewhere between £600 and £5,000 depending on complexity and the number of tools involved.

We take on a limited number of projects at a time. This is not a scarcity tactic — it is because the work requires genuine attention and we are not interested in delivering something average.

If you come to us with a project and we do not think we are the right fit, or the numbers do not stack up for you, we will tell you. If we think the automation you are asking for would not deliver meaningful value for the cost, we will tell you that too. We would rather lose a project than deliver one that does not work.

How does the revenue share work for cold email?

After the 90-day initial engagement, we move to a revenue share arrangement based on clients you sign that originated from the outreach system. The exact percentage is agreed as part of the initial scope. It is structured this way because a flat retainer creates the wrong incentive — it rewards us for activity rather than results. Revenue share tied to signed clients means we only benefit when you do, and we are never incentivised to push poor-quality leads just to hit a meeting quota.

What counts as a qualified lead in your model?

A qualified lead is a prospect who matches your ideal customer profile, has a genuine need for your service, and has the authority and budget to move forward. We define this with you at the start of the engagement and build the targeting and qualification criteria around it. We do not count a meeting as a success if the person on the other end has no realistic chance of becoming a client.

What happens if the system does not deliver results in 90 days?

We will have an honest conversation about why. Cold email performance depends on targeting quality, offer strength, and market timing — we are transparent about what we can control and what we cannot. Before we start, we will tell you clearly whether we think your offer and market are a good fit for this approach. We do not take on engagements we do not believe in.

Are there any other costs beyond the upfront fee?

There are third-party tool costs associated with running cold email infrastructure — sending domains, email accounts, outreach software licences, and verification services. We will outline these clearly in the proposal. They are typically modest relative to the upfront fee and we help you set them up efficiently.

How long does a bespoke project take?

It depends on the scope. Straightforward automation builds typically take two to four weeks. Larger projects involving multiple integrations, custom dashboards, or complex data pipelines take longer. We agree a timeline in the proposal and keep you updated throughout.

Can I start with a smaller project before committing to something larger?

Yes, and this is often a sensible approach. Many clients start with a single automation or an SEO audit to get a sense of how we work before commissioning a larger build. There is no obligation to continue beyond whatever you have scoped and paid for.
